Just back from 3 days in the Peak District - a great place too. Been away from the computer (well, blogs really as I've been writing) a while so catching up on on older posts.

Used to live in the Beacons - miss it

The Beacons Way can be walked in its entirety in about 8 days but could easily take twice as long as there is so much to explore and enjoy en route. And the pictures is very beautiful.

Six weeks off.

The visit to see the Consultant went quite well really ...   My ' numbers' have started to creep up again so I am going to be given...
