Well worth the visit to France is the chance to sample some of the lovely fruit tarts, I have just eaten this one and it was fantastic. I am now on my way back to the shop for another one.

I'd get two: they say that eating cakes wards of punctures and in my view that's definitely true!
mmmm. Don't know if that qualifies as energy food, but, like yourself, I believe it would give me enough energy to go back for another.
